At the beginning, when we were looking for a quote for bifold doors, they got back to me quickly. There was no hard sell or pressure or wanting to send salespeople out to speak to the both of us. Prior to the fitting they were easy to contact if you had any queries. The fitters arrived bang on 8 am as we were told and got straight to work. Throughout the day I was kept updated with the progress, and any disturbance was kept to a minimum. There was slight damage to plasterwork removing the old windows, but after they carried out the repair and cleaned up, you would never know they were there. We were really happy with the quality of the windows and the work carried out. We have a door to be replaced in the future and will definitely be getting in touch.

We received super-efficient and polite service from beginning to end and from everyone we dealt with. The attention to detail after my initial phone call is something many companies could learn from. I would like to mention everyone by name but cannot recall the names; however, Craig you were a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. So happy with our Bi-fold doors which were installed as promised by a very experienced and lovely team. We would not hesitate to recommend!

I bought my amazing bifold door with Wolf Line but unfortunately, I gave the responsibility for installation to my Contractor. At the end I paid 2x as I had to have Wolf Line team here helping me to solve installation issue. Brian & Kyran were at my home and reinstalled the door again. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They were so knowledgeable, professional, kind, clean. They solved all the issues that I had been facing (cold air coming from the door, condensation, noise from outside, others). I highly recommend them. And I will never more leave the responsibility to another team. They are the ones!!!!!!! Thank you so much.
